Anastasia’s project experience includes:
Over 70 M&A transaction support projects, including tax due diligence of companies and corporate groups for clients such as MTS, Avito, Gravion, PIK, Samolet, FSK, Altus Capital, Rostelecom, ER-Telecom, Rosatom, PBS, Selectel, AFK Sistema, Steppe Agroholding, Zarubezhneft, and NMG;
Structuring of a transaction for the acquisition by a крупнейший Russian developer of an asset for the construction of a hotel complex with a deal value exceeding RUB 4 billion;
Advising a major Russian automotive parts wholesale and retail group (vendor) in preparation for an M&A transaction, including vendor due diligence and tax risk mitigation;
Improving the tax function efficiency of one of Russia’s largest food production groups, including identification of tax reserves and a tax overpayment of approximately RUB 2 billion;
Analysis of available tax incentives for a major Russian capital markets group and development of a restructuring concept to ensure lawful application and improved tax efficiency;
Over 10 “rapid tax diagnostics” projects for the Russian segments of крупнейших international holdings in the context of foreign exits from Russia (including Carlsberg, Danone, Sibylla, Heineken, Crocs, Aggreko);
Development and comparative analysis of legal structures for long-term incentive plans (LTIP), including those involving digital financial assets (DFA).
