  • Project-based litigation in disputes with contractors with total claims exceeding RUB 1 billion, as well as disputes with regulatory authorities, representing the client in connection with the construction of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport;

  • Representation of a client in disputes arising from the default of a general contractor under a state contract for a socially significant construction project with a value exceeding RUB 4 billion;

  • Defence of a general contractor under a state contract exceeding RUB 1.5 billion and a supplier under a state contract exceeding RUB 2.7 billion in cases of unlawful termination by the client, including claims for full recovery of funding;

  • Development and successful implementation of a strategy to restore a shareholder’s position in a company, including recovery of 100% corporate control and assets withdrawn during the loss of control;

  • Reinstatement of senior executives of leading transport and construction companies unlawfully dismissed during internal reorganisations, including removal of “loss of trust” records;

  • Reduction and elimination of liability of major industrial suppliers in disputes arising from improper performance by carriers, including Russian Railways.
