Ksenia has extensive experience in litigation across a wide range of disputes in all court instances, as well as representation before state authorities (Government Commission, Federal Antimonopoly Service, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc.). She is skilled in developing legal strategies, anticipating opponents’ actions, and delivering effective dispute resolution outcomes in the client’s best interests.
Selected Experience
Project-based litigation in disputes with contractors with total claims exceeding RUB 1 billion, as well as disputes with regulatory authorities, representing the client in connection with the construction of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport;
Representation of a client in disputes arising from the default of a general contractor under a state contract for a socially significant construction project with a value exceeding RUB 4 billion;
Defence of a general contractor under a state contract exceeding RUB 1.5 billion and a supplier under a state contract exceeding RUB 2.7 billion in cases of unlawful termination by the client, including claims for full recovery of funding;
Development and successful implementation of a strategy to restore a shareholder’s position in a company, including recovery of 100% corporate control and assets withdrawn during the loss of control;
Reinstatement of senior executives of leading transport and construction companies unlawfully dismissed during internal reorganisations, including removal of “loss of trust” records;
Reduction and elimination of liability of major industrial suppliers in disputes arising from improper performance by carriers, including Russian Railways.
