Sergey has extensive experience in legal support of M&A transactions and real estate deals. He specialises in comprehensive legal due diligence, corporate and real estate advisory, as well as transaction structuring.

Prior to joining LKP, Sergey served as a Senior Associate in the legal department of a leading Russian law firm. He also gained experience working in investment companies, a commercial bank, and one of the largest regional real estate developers.

• Advising on the acquisition of a company holding a substantial land bank portfolio;

• Supporting the acquisition of a 100% interest in an IT company;

• Advising on multiple asset deals involving acquisition and disposal of business assets;

• Advising on business restructuring and supporting related transactions;

• Conducting over 50 due diligence projects for крупнейших Russian developers in connection with acquisitions of companies holding land plots;

• Preparing legal opinions on reorganisation and structuring of a transaction involving the acquisition of a group of companies in the meat production sector;

• Supporting transactions and conducting due diligence in relation to foreign companies.
