• Challenging decisions of Rospatent before the Chamber for Patent Disputes;
• Filing complaints with the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) regarding unfair competition involving misuse of IP and means of individualisation;
• Participation in disputes before the Intellectual Property Court, including early termination of trademark protection and recognition of trademark acquisition/use as unfair competition;
• Representation in disputes on recovery of compensation for infringement of trade names, trademarks, and copyright objects, including defence of alleged infringers;
• Representation of rights holders in disputes on compensation for unlawful use of IP and means of individualisation;
• Handling disputes on enforcement of IP rights on the Internet, including cases involving intermediaries;
• Securing IP protection in foreign jurisdictions (CIS, EU, USA, Canada, China, Iraq, Iran, India, Japan);
