• Developing a crisis recovery plan and liability prevention measures for a major international children’s clothing brand and distributor in Russia

• Defending the beneficiary of a tour operator affiliated with one of Russia’s largest private airlines against a ₽50 million damage claim

• Drafting the terms of a settlement agreement in the bankruptcy case of a major fittings manufacturing company
