Among performed projects of Evgeny:

• Successful representation of creditors' interests in the separate dispute with regard to the recognition of compensation for release from an obligation agreements concluded between the debtor and Absolut Bank as invalid. Result: recognition of transactions as invalid, return to the bankruptcy estate of 400,000,000 rubles without the use of bilateral restitution;
• Representing the interests of the largest construction holding in the dispute with Stroytransgaz JSC in the corporate dispute on recognition of the mortgage agreement of the property complex as invalid. The result of the consideration of the case: the recognition of the mortgage agreement as invalid, the release from the mortgage of the buildings with total value of more than 100 million rubles;
• Representing the interests of the transport company in the dispute on the recognition of illegal actions of the Federal Customs Service on the destruction of sanctioned goods as invalid. The result of the case: proved that the destruction of goods was illegal. Due to the lack of judicial practice, the judicial practice forming conclusion was made on this legal issue for the entire business turnover, as well as subsequent amendments to the Presidential Decree based on this case;
• Successful representation of the interests of STV Film Company in the bankruptcy case of the major film producer;
• Protection of interests of the majority participant in the corporate dispute with regard to the ownership of the participation interest of the solid waste disposal enterprise, satisfaction of claims in the amount of more than 122 million rubles.
