• Conclusion with the creditors of the settlement agreement (2nd case in Russia), where KDL instead of 120 million paid 1 million rubles.
• JSC Tryokhgornaya Manufactory against ESK GROUP: bringing of the shadow beneficiary to vicarious liability outside the scope of the bankruptcy case;
• Development of the plan to overcome the crisis and preventive measures to protect supervisors from collecting damages and bringing to subsidiary responsibility the major international brand of clothing for children and adolescents and a distributor of children goods in Russia;
• Conclusion of the first settlement agreement in Russia on the dispute on bringing to subsidiary liability in the amount of over 300 million rubles.
