Artem has been engaged in legal support of business since 2009. He worked in the public sector, corporations and consulting companies.

Prior to consulting Artem managed the legal department at the large wholesale supplier of coal products, where he successfully built the system for preventing antimonopoly risks, and also held senior positions in companies which supply communication networks and telecommunications systems.

Artem's portfolio includes participation in projects for QB Finance, SB Development, Europlast, GK Continent, GK Juvelirochka, MBA Group, etc.

Artem is the author of numerous articles and comments in a number of leading publications on antimonopoly and corporate law.

Artem's experience on some of the latest projects includes:
  • • Conducting of comprehensive Due Diligence and support of the transaction for the acquisition of shares of the company, which owns the manufacturing unit with the land plot, in order to exercise further residential development by the group of developers. As a result, the possible client's risks associated with the acquisition of an asset holder company in the amount of more than 22 million rubles were eliminated;
  • Support of the consolidation of assets and reorganization of the large network of salons of children clothing and accessories with an annual turnover of more than 3 billion rubles in the form of accession to the holding company. More than 10 accessing legal entities participated. As a result, the client was able to attract bank financing on more favorable terms, centralized the management and significantly reduced costs and operating expenses for the maintenance of the group of companies.
  • Support of the initial stage of the investment project for the development of the mobile commerce platform in the Republic of Azerbaijan for the joint Russian-Azerbaijan IT enterprise. Currently the contract for the provision of paid services for the development of the mobile commerce service has been executed, the foundations of cooperation between Russian and Azerbaijan developers have been laid, the total cost of the project is estimated by the parties at more than 10 million USD.
